The execution of art projects works in the same way as other projects. We work thoroughly and precisely, following the successive steps: Engineering, Manufacturing and Assembly.
The load bearing capacity of the foundation must be calculated in relation to the total weight. What is the influence of weather conditions such as rain and wind on the different types of steel and does the end result still reflect what the artist wants to convey with his art? Irregular shapes, an exciting use of materials and making bold choices.
We work closely with the designer and the client. We work out the details in 3D and keep fine tuning it until the object meets all the expectations.
We prepare as many parts as possible in our workshop, apply the correct surface treatment and subsequently assemble the components on site. Piece of cake.
Certifications
Fortunately, high demands are placed on quality and safety. Our steel workers have, of course, the required qualifications, for example, VCA (Safety, Health and Environment checklist Contractors), elevated work platform and fork-lift truck certificates. To guarantee the quality of our organisation, we are also ISO 9001 certified and our structural and welding quality is demonstrated by the fact that we are accredited to CE Standard EN 1090 execution class.
